RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 1.  Accept returns only and will credit their payment card if return within 3 working days of receiving the goods and return in good condition.

2.  Before goods has to be dispatched to the customer, the customer is required to send a notification of cancellation in writing and email stating the order or payment reference as prooof of purchase.

3.  No return or refund will be accepted if the goods are damaged or has been opened.

 FAULTY, WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY, DELIVERY OF THE GOODS, TITLE AND RISK

 1.  IF your purchase is found to be faulty, please notify us by telephone or email together with your order or payment reference to obtain refunds.  Please return the purchased good within 3 working days and payment for refund on the credit card, personal cheque, bank transfer or other payment method used.  Please allow up to 21 days for the money to appear in your account.  I will notify you personally that the refund has been returned to your account.

2.  IF the item has been received by us and has been tested without a fault being found the item will be sent back to you free of charge.

3.  WE, the seller warrants that the goods will at the time of delivery correspond to the description given by the seller.  So far as current statute and common law of England and Wales permits all other warranties conditons or terms relating to fitness for purpose merchantability or condition of the Goods and whether implies by statute or common law or otherwise are excluded.

THE PRICE AND PAYMENT
